Favorite Place-Huddersfield

One of my favorite places is my Aunt's house in Huddersfield, Yorkshire in England. Her and her husband live on top of a very steep hill and have one of the best countryside views in England. They have a small farm with chickens, bees and a few goats. The inside of their home has beautiful old wooden beams and her husband is a carpenter and custom built their kitchen. I love this home and town because it is quite and peaceful. There are so many places to hike and explore, you are never bored.

  1. Oh my gosh, Yorkshire: how exciting! And what beautiful pictures! And of course Yorkshire is not only a gorgeous place, it is also famous for its folklore traditions. Maybe you will even want to do an English folklore Storybook for this class!

For the links, see this page about creating links for how to make links with link TEXT instead of the raw http. If you can edit this to practice making links with actual text instead of the raw http, that would be great! Let me know if you have any questions as you experiment with that. :-)

  2. Since I already commented on your introduction, I thought I would check out your post about your favorite place! I'm so glad I did! I'm INCREDIBLY jealous that you have relatives in England. I've been dying to go since I was a little girl. It sounds like an ideal place to live. Little farms are just so charming! It's awesome that there are places to hike too. I think having those nearby is important!
